Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Synergy Technologies Inc (“Synergy,” “we”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the SynergyMSP platform and related websites (the “Services”). For personal data we process on behalf of a business customer, our Data Processing Addendum and that customer’s own privacy policy govern.

1. Information we collect

  • Account & contact data — name, email, company, and credentials you provide.
  • Billing data — processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & device data — logs, IP address, browser/device info, and product telemetry used to operate and secure the Services.
  • Customer Data — data you or your users submit into the Services, processed under our agreement and the DPA.
  • Cookies — used for authentication and essential site functionality; see Section 6.

2. How we use it

To provide, secure, bill for, support, and improve the Services; to communicate with you; to comply with law; and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. How we share it

  • Subprocessors & providers — cloud, storage, GPU, communications/carrier, and payment providers that help deliver the Services, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Legal — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure.

5. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate legal, accounting, or security purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login/session management and may use limited analytics. You can control cookies via your browser; disabling essential cookies may impair the Services.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us; for Customer Data, contact the relevant business customer (controller).

8. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes & contact

We may update this Policy and will post the new effective date. Contact: privacy@synergytech.cloud.
