We build and operate business software — clinical records, scheduling, document signing, communications and payments. It runs in production, for organisations that would notice immediately if it stopped.
Why this comes from us
The mail server, the phone system, the website generator and the payment rail behind this product were not built for it. We built them because we needed them ourselves, and because the software we run for our customers — including clinical systems handling patient records — could not depend on someone else’s uptime.
So these are not integrations. We run the mail server that sends your mail and the telephony that carries your calls. That is unusual at this price, and it is why we can put a business online in an afternoon instead of chaining six vendors together and hoping.
Packaging it for other people was the last step, not the first.
How we work
We label what is not finished
Three of the six services are live and three are still in build, and every page says which is which. You will not discover it after you have paid.
We do not mark up your processing
Card payments run at Stripe's rate and we take nothing on top. If that ever changes we will tell you before it does, not after.
Your domain is yours
It is registered to you, your mailboxes are yours, and you can take both elsewhere. Lock-in is not our retention strategy.
We do not resell a platform we cannot fix
The mail server, the phone system and the payment rail are ours. When something breaks we go and fix it, rather than opening a ticket with a vendor on your behalf.
Where this product is today
The company is not new. This particular package is. Email, websites and card payments are live; phone numbers, texting and dedicated hosting are still in build.
We are taking early customers by hand, deliberately, because we would rather get the first few right than the first hundred wrong. That means you get the people who wrote it on the phone, and a say in what gets built next.
