Our Story
SynergyMSP was born from frustration. After years of running MSPs, our founders were tired of cobbling together dozens of disconnected tools—each with their own interface, pricing model, and learning curve.
They envisioned a single platform that could handle everything: endpoint monitoring, ticketing, billing, automation, and cloud infrastructure. But more than that, they wanted a platform that was actually built by people who understood the MSP business.
In 2019, they assembled a team of engineers from Google, Datadog, and other tech giants, combined with MSP industry veterans. The result is SynergyMSP—a platform designed from the ground up to make MSPs more efficient and profitable.
Today, we serve hundreds of MSPs worldwide, managing tens of thousands of endpoints. But we're just getting started. Our vision is to become the operating system for managed services.
