Questions
What is the setup fee for?
Registering your domain, creating your mailboxes and DNS records, generating your website, and getting your payment account through identity verification. It is charged once, at signup.
What do you charge on card payments?
Stripe's rate, 2.9% plus 30¢, passed straight through. We do not add a margin on top of it. If that changes we will say so before it does, not after.
Which parts are actually working today?
Email, websites and card payments are live now. The phone number, texting and dedicated hosting legs are still in build. We would rather tell you that than take your money for them.
Do I own my domain and my data?
Yes. The domain is registered to you, the mailboxes are yours, and you can take both elsewhere. We do not hold your business hostage as a retention strategy.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, at any point. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
